So the potential job fell through in that the woman on the phone who answered was unprofessional and snobby and apparently "you have to be a member of this church to be employed here" - and she didn't give me a chance to say "dude, I'll become a friggin' member even if I hate it for $10 an hour!" before she hung up.

So my mom was talking to ...uh, someone, not really sure, but it doesn't matter - and it turns out there's a soundperson job either open or something like it in the area. I've spent my entire week running around like a crazyface, and I think I'll be spending the rest of the week in the same state. And most of it I'm okay with, it's just frustrating that I can't seem to sleep at night thanks to Jules being a bitchcat and literally climbing the walls

So tonight I used a microphone for speaking in to amplify my voice while I spoke with my mouth, and thus people heard me talk. It was sort of weird, and I totally sounded like a five-year-old girl, but ....yeah.  Also the place smells like coffee from like fifty feet away, and I was almost in a coma from smelling it, mmmmm...
